Table Top and Traditional Floor Thai Massage
Originating in India and preserved through temples in Thailand, this ancient practice is performed on the floor and modified to be received on the massage table as well. This modality includes deep pressure and stretching for full body using various positions.

Neuromuscular targets specific areas and addresses trigger points. These areas can be connected to neurons in your brain. When released physically, this can help your body go into a parasympathetic deep healing state.
Prenatal
Safe for expecting Mamas in their second and third trimester. Sideline massage with pillows for support will be performed, finishing face up if within her comfort level.

Reiki
I am a Reiki practitioner certified in Reiki 1&2. Reiki is a gentle contact or contactless Light healing. Universal Light energy is transmitted through the practitioner to the client. It is intelligently self directed and will go to areas in the body that need it most. Symbols of healing originating from Dr. Usui’s discoveries while on a mountain meditation journey are drawn in air over the client to open deep levels of healing. A great compliment to massage or as an individual treatment, Reiki assists in deep levels of healing that massage may not reach into. Reiki can heal on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. This healing can help with Dis-ease, unblock patterns and release that which no longer serves you on multiple levels.
